About Brennon

In addition to working in the CrossFit world at Reebok CrossFit Liberty Village and CrossFit Streets, Brennon has co-owned and operated TrainMeFit since 2011.  As soon as you meet Brennon you know that he genuinely cares about his members; as soon as you work with Brennon you know that he is going to push you beyond your comfort zone. 

 

Brennon's first priority is your safety, so you can expect thorough coaching and cuing from him. Whether you are a seasoned CrossFit athlete or brand new to exercise, Brennon will ensure you work smart, work hard and have fun. 

Brennon's passion for health and fitness combined with his education and experience means you will receive high quality coaching and the support you need to become a healthier, stronger, fitter you.

About Lindsay

Lindsay has owned and operated TrainMeFit since 2011, and her passion for preventative health care is evident from the list of health focused events she has created and delivered in the Brampton community. 

Lindsay's role at CrossFit Brampton is to support, empower and educate individuals who are working to improve their health. Whether you are trying to prevent or manage chronic disease, have psychological barriers to overcome, are dealing with chronic low back pain or want to organize your lifestyle, Lindsay has the education and experience to move you forward.

Changing your life is hard. Managing your health can be confusing. Navigating exercise with low back pain can feel impossible. Lindsay's consultations will help you re-establish control.

The CrossFit Brampton team is so excited to welcome Racheal to the community. Her passion for promoting health was evident within moments of meeting her, and she has the knowledge and skills to back it up! 

Racheal will be shadowing Coach Brennon's classes to expand her training skill set. She will also be creating informative, evidence-backed social media posts for the CFB community and beyond. Since Racheal is so knowledgeable about nutrition and lifestyle as well, you can catch her Sunday Sept 29th when she delivers what is sure to be an informative, applicable talk on how nutrition impacts the immune system.

Laura has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2005.  She has been passionate about sports for as long as she can remember and that passion has grew to include all things health, fitness and nutrition related.

Her goal is to educate and encourage individuals who are working to make positive changes in their health.  Along with working toward your fitness goals, Laura has the experience and education to offer advice on lifestyle and nutrition. She will help navigate and support you on your journey to becoming healthier and fitter.
